Nick Feinman
MANAGING MEMBER
Nick is a co-founder of Hanging Rock, LLC and Co-CEO of Car-O-Liner Southwest. He is driven by a love for small business and desire to learn from owners from all walks of life.
Prior to co-founding Hanging Rock, Nick worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group where led a mix of strategy and transformation work across infrastructure, technology and retail.
Nick holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business where he concentrated in Acquisition Entrepreneurship. In addition to his full-time studies, Nick spent his business school years working with a pair of local investors that specialized in creating seamless transitions for founder-owned businesses in Central Virginia.
In his free time, Nick enjoys fishing, strength training and volunteering at youth-focused organizations in Dallas.

Jim Karol
MANAGING MEMBER
Jim is a co-founder of Hanging Rock, LLC and accomplished operator, investor and advisor with 12+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity and management. He currently serves as Co-CEO of Car-O-Liner Southwest.
Prior to co-founding Hanging Rock, Jim was most recently a principal at Centerview Partners and previously worked at The Watermill Group and Moelis & Company.
His investing and advisory experience ranged from small founder owned businesses to fortune 100 companies in the healthcare and business services sectors.
He comes from a long line of small business owners and operators. Jim has a passion for strategy and problem solving, and a desire to expand his leadership experience through entrepreneurship.
Jim holds a MS in Finance, BS in Mathematics and BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
In his free time, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, cycling and in a former life was an accomplished musician who was the president of his high school's jazz band.

Headquartered in Rowlett, Texas, Curran Collision Equipment, Inc. (dba Car-O-Liner Southwest) is an exclusive regional distributor for Car-O-Liner North America selling specialty automotive collision repair equipment, as well as offering best-in-class service and training.
Established in 1993 by Tim Curran, a seasoned collision repair technician and trainer turned equipment distributor, Car-O-Liner has grown into an award-winning collision equipment wholesaler serving the entire southwestern USA.
